Inspired by the virtuoso carvings of Grinling Gibbons and the fantastical millinery designs of Erik Halley the Lace Lobster was conceived as a celebration of craftsmanship and wearable art. The Lobster headpiece features a carved lace relief over the body and is placed on a clay-modelled skull.
